I am pleased to provide a range of psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults including individual, family and group therapy.

Beginning at the initial consultation, I collaborate with clients about their treatment goals and plan. With children, therapy may involve play while therapy with teens may incorporate games and frank discussion. With clients of all ages, I seek to develop a trusting, authentic relationship in which clients can explore, grow, improve relationships, and make desired life changes. Finally, I have been trained in a number of evidence-based interventions, which I integrate into my work as appropriate.

Examples of issues addressed in therapy are:

- Anxiety and depression

- Healing from abuse, trauma and/or loss (utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy if appropriate)

- Sleep difficulties

- Attention and concentration problems

- Anger management difficulties

- Management of chronic medical conditions

- Recovery from addiction

- Coping with family conflict and transitions

- Relationship problems

- Social difficulties (i.e., trouble making and keeping friends, bullying)

- Parenting concerns and practices

- Sexual identity issues

- Poor body image and/or self-esteem

- Responses to trauma and extreme stress among military personnel, first responders and community members
